Shipping Area: We ship our products within Switzerland.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard Shipping Switzerland: CHF 6.00
- Free Shipping: For orders over CHF 100.00
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time:
- Switzerland: 2-4 business days
Delivery times begin from the moment of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually processed the same business day.
Shipping Provider: We work with reliable shipping partners such as Swiss Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipment Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at roger.muntwiler@hotmail.com with a tracking number that allows you to track your shipment online.
Delivery Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Uncollected Shipments: If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs for re-delivery.
